HHS Crime Stoppers

HHS Crime Stoppers

The HHS Crime Stoppers program is open to any enrolled student and is underwritten by Rusk County Crime Stoppers. Crime Stoppers seeks to ensure all campus students have a safe environment for studying and learning by making their school campus safe.

The main goal is to solve and prevent serious crimes by empowering students with a safe process to report information anonymously. We believe students themselves are the best tool for keeping schools safe. Monthly presentations are given to students informing them of the importance of being enabled against crime.

Students who serve on campus crime stoppers learn leadership skills as they administer their sponsor advised programs, attend conferences periodically, raise funds to help pay rewards for tips and publicity incentives, publicize the crime stopper program, and obtain student involvement in making their campus safe, secure, and more desirable.
