Wylie Elementary Fall Events for 2023.
Wylie Elementary Parents- We are looking for volunteers for the upcoming school year. Here is some additional information about volunteering at WES. Forms will be available at Meet the Teacher or can be picked up in the front office.
Wylie Elementary Meet the Teacher is Monday August 7, 2023 from 2-4pm. We will have popsicles with the principals in the cafeteria as well as booths with important information for parents. We hope to see everyone there.
Wylie Elementary Book Run is today! We will be out and about in the neighborhoods from 5-7pm. Here are the times and locations:
Henderson Village Apartments 5:00-5:15
Millpoint Townhomes 5:30-5:45
Flanagan Heights Apartments 5:45-6:00
McClarty St. Apartments & Mobile Home Park 6:00-6:15
Fair Park 6:30-6:45
Wylie Elementary staff will be traveling through the community to greet students and deliver books. They have missed their students, and are excited to see them! They hope to see students at one of these locations!

Wylie Elementary Parents- This is a friendly reminder that our 2nd meeting for our Parent & Community Engagement Policy review is today at 5:30pm at Wylie Elementary Library. The purpose of this meeting is to gather information on ways we can improve our parent & community engagement piece at WES. We hope to see you there.
ATTENTION current season ticket holders! The 2023 Football Season Tickets are available July 27th & 28th. If you have not received an email from Henderson Box Office please contact Hannah Bradley at 903-655-5015.

Wylie Elementary Parents- We are having our annual Parent and Community Engagement Parent Policy Planning meeting soon and we need your input. We are offering 2 different meeting option times and hope to see everyone there.

CURRENT RESERVED SEATING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS will need to click the link below and complete the google form by July 14th in order to keep current seats. After completing the google form, current reserved seating ticket holders will receive an email from Hometown Ticketing with instructions on how to purchase tickets. Join us for our HISD Summer Feeding! Mondays-Thursdays (June 12 - July 13), 11:30am - Noon at Fair Park (by the splash pad) in Henderson. Kids 0-18 eat at no cost!

Summer Academy at Wylie Elementary kicks off this Monday, June 5th. Drop off begins at 7:45am with Breakfast provided from 8:00-8:30am, and pick-up starting at 11:45am in front of the Elementary building. If you did not register for your child, you will need to park and come into the school on the first day to register your student. Contact the school (903) 655-5201 if you have any questions.

End of the Year Party Pre-Registration is available for parents who plan to attend this event on Thursday, May 25. Please pre-register if possible. This cuts down on the wait time on the morning of the events.
