Dear Henderson ISD Families,
As we approach our scheduled graduation ceremony, we are closely monitoring the weather forecast due to the possibility of rain on Thursday evening. Our commitment remains to have the ceremony at the stadium as planned, starting at 8:00 PM.
We understand the importance of this milestone event, and we will do everything possible to proceed with the ceremony on Thursday. This includes potentially delaying the start time for an hour or more, should there be an opportunity for a break in the weather.
Only as a last resort, if the weather conditions do not permit a safe ceremony, will we consider postponing the event to Friday evening at 8:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we prepare for this very special event and thank you for your support and cooperation.
